Hytera DMR DWS Dispatcher
EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF YOUR RADIO SUBSCRIBERS
DWS (Dispatch WorkStation) is a trunking dispatch system designed for the efficient communication, remote management, and dispatching & deployment of radio users. Developed for either Hytera DMR Tier III or Hytera ACCESSNET®-T IP TETRA infrastructure, dispatchers can be used as logistics and control centers to efficiently manage the radio subscribers, while serving as a control unit for monitoring alarm functions.

FLEXIBLE ACCESSORIES
Besides the standard mouse and keyboard, the system supports other external accessories such as several multi-touch screens, desk microphones with integral PTT buttons, and foot switch with PTT to optimize the workstation for the dispatcher.
-
RELIABLE AND SECURE
The DWS can be equipped with a redundant server and connection to ensure the system is fail-safe. This will ensure that if a server should fail, the control of radio subscribers can continue. The DWS supports a variety of security features such as password-protected access and administration of rights for different DWS user groups.
-
USER POSITIONING
Utilizes the dynamic map on the DWS to locate radio subscribers via their GPS position data. Mapping data can be stored locally on the workstation, so there is no need to access the internet. Advanced features such as geofencing or task allocation help the dispatcher manage their ever-changing workforce.

VERSATILE FUNCTIONS
The DWS offers features such as group calls, individual calls or emergency calls. The application also delivers enhanced functionality such as dynamic group number assignment (DGNA), group patching, and discreet listening (monitoring). In addition to voice functionality, the DWS also supports the sending and receiving of short messages and status updates.
